Tim Hortons - Kanata

I went through the drive-thru and received quick service. I love their rice bowls and wraps, especially the cilantro chicken. Our favorite drink is the French vanilla. Today, I tried their new drink, the Vanilla Coconut latte with a chocolate shot. The drink was okay, but I didn't like it much. Hopefully, more new drinks will be launched soon.

The iced cappuccinos are consistently excellent at this restaurant. I had initially planned on ordering a deli sandwich, but unfortunately they were not available despite being advertised on a sign. Instead, I opted for a 6-pack of muffins. The chocolate chip muffin was delicious, with just the right amount of chocolate chips and moisture. However, the banana bread muffin was very disappointing. It lacked any banana flavor, was extremely dry, and tasted like it was gluten-free. The staff member serving me appeared unhappy and unenthusiastic, which made me feel unwelcome.

This Tim Hortons location offers fast and efficient service. The drive-thru area can be quite busy. However, one drawback is that the cleanliness of the restaurant is inconsistent, possibly due to the high amount of traffic it receives.

Self serve machine to order has problems, which make the staff more stressed due to multiple errors. But the staff was nice and doing the best they could, but instead of being a priority for the item missing, I felt I went back at the end of the line as for waiting and paying for the missing item.

Frosties were great on a hot day. Not sure who chooses vanilla frosty, but chocolate all the way.
