Sushi Ippei - kanazawa

A great place led by a man and a woman. it is small and personal for the customer who adds the experience. the taste and quality of prepared sushi is amazingly good. the price may seem a little expensive (usually 200 ¥ for a piece), but the size is larger than most places with a good thick to everyone too. food 5/5 experience 5/5 service 5/5

Probably the best sushi we had in japan! the fish is so fresh that it melts in the mouth! they can also choose more unique fish based on what the cook bought from the local fish market tomorrow. the place is small and cozy and has only 10 seats and the couple works there really nice!

Delicious sushi made by a lovely couple. He does the sushi and she cares about the clients. Her English is quite good. High frequent of foreign people. The fish pieces are bigger than I have seen somewhere else.

Slightly mixed feelings here. On the one hand all the produce was fresh and tasty. On the other it seems like a place mostly catering to tourists (nothing wrong about it though The owners are a lovely elderly couple. They have really good sake from Fukumitsu. If you're in the neighborhood it's worth stopping by for few nigiri.

Best sushi I've ever eaten. Lovely family run spot. Highly recommend!
