Pieology Pizza Kaneohe

Delivered a doordash order from this place and wasn’t provided any bag to carry out many condiments and the pizzas, which were falling all over the place. They also forgot an item so I had to drive back to pick it up and they didn’t offer any kind of apology after I let them know. Absolutely terrible service.

Pretty good gluten free pizza, they sometimes over cook it and the crust is too hard but most the time I like it.

Very disappointed with our last visit to location in Windward Mall. Watched as 2 customers that ordered after us get called up to pick up their pizzas. We went up to ask about our made-to-order pizza and they said they had to re-make one of them. Didn't even inform us of the remake and the pizza they remade was not what we ordered. Why didn't they inform us and ask us to remake our own pizza, the way we ordered the first pizza? The person helping us had no explanation, turned her back to us. We already tipped them and the next time, we'll wait to tip, or go back to the Kailua location. Worth the drive after this second disappointing visit to the Kaneohe location.

Super disappointed!!! We ordered pie rise crust pesto veggie, minus the artichoke, some meats. We waited the topical time frame for the pizza we were craving for. When our pizza was taken out of the oven, it was burnt. I could see the top crust was very, very over cooked. I could see the look on the employees face that, it in fact was burnt, and they weren't sure what to do. it was obvious, it would taste like burnt bread. That was a bummer because, my grandson and I had already waited the 15-20 minuets for lunch. There was another employee who came out from the back, apologized and offered to make another one for us. The employee asked me what my original order was, and had another employee remake my pizza. The disappointing thing was, we had to wait yet ANOTHER 15-20 minuets to have lunch. Hold on, that's not the end of this story. We waiting again for another pizza. But by that time, we couldn't eat there due to other commitments. Finally, after reaching home to eat our cold pizza, I plated it up for my grandson and I. We were so hungry that point, we gobbled it down. Only to find out there were 2 THINGS WRONG W/THE PIZZA we WAITED 40 MINUETS for. This time the BOTTOM crust was BURNT! Plus, I PAID FOR A PIE RISE CRUST, which we ended up getting a BURNT THIN CRUST PIZZA!!! TWICE the PIZZA was BURNT! SUPER DISSAPOINTING!!!So, in the end, we ended up waiting 40 minuets, for an INCORRECT and UNEDIBLE pizza, that I spent/lost $18.79, (which I have pics of the receipt/burnt pizza) because IT WAS BURNT, AGAIN!!! This happened Sunday, 9/24/2023 2:02pm. It has the servers name on it but, I don't want to post that. So in the end, my advice, check you pizza before you take it home. I live in town, so what a bummer for me. Sures heck, doesn't make me want to go there again!

I got carry-out pizzas and I ordered through the website. The prices are amazing for the customize pizzas! You can literally choose any topping, crust, crust flavor, sauce type etc...I ordered the fire chicken bbq and two special customize yourself pizzas. All three were majestic. The crew inside had the pizzas ready right on time and were friendly. The restaurant looked clean and very empty for a Monday at 5:30pm. I feel like they may get more to-go orders. Either way, I was happy to eat the food from here. We brought them home and they stayed warm in the boxes and my mother-in-law made a large salad to go with it. The three pizzas were enough to feed 4 adults. We even had leftovers the next day which I ate like a hog and didn't share. This is my new favorite pizza place hands down. Countless ways to customize a pizza. You won't be sad you picked this place!
