Jack In The Box - Kaneohe

Just got our food from there everything was cold terrible paid nearly 50 bucks for cold food poor service thumbs down need better workers 4/30/23 1pm.

The food here (especially the coffee too) is not bad, but also not great. There are better Jack in the Box’s out here in the island, and unfortunately the physical place itself is not that great.

If I have to recommend a 5 star restaurant it 'll always be Jack in the Box. I had a very unfortunate event happen at this Jack in the Box a little over 10 years ago. Some worker threw a fit because she claims I did not ask to have no mustard. I 'm positive she got fired after that. Regardless I love Jack in the Box. I used to take 'Jack runs ' multiple times a week with my friends. I live on the north shore next to sunset beach and my friends lived more north east and east side. Let me just say that I will always love this Kaneohe Jack. Brings back good memories. Now when I am out traveling towards town and I travel back to my house Kaneohe I will always get Jack.

Jack in the box was pretty good honestly I couldnt think of anything else to say since it is a fast food restaurant. But i am never disappointed when i go.

The cashier didn't listen, the drinks were leaking and wrong. I tried to get another cup to replace it, it to was leaking. After a 2 minute conversation to get a different cup, we gave up there. The chicken ranch sandwich was dried out like the chicken was old and tuff. Hard to chew. The egg rolls were on point and super fresh as well as curly fries! Best curly fries I've ever had. Tried multiple times to let the cashier make it right and it was like she was just zoned out, not there.. spacey. Idk, first time experience with Jack and the box. Impressive menu, let down service will try again in the future, but a different location. Clean restaurant and the egg rolls were on point and super fresh as well as curly fries!
