Contribuisci feedbackI generally do like Jambas, but I was definitely disappointed after tasting my order. Here we go, story time folks. Today, I ordered an Apple green smoothie with 2 other drinks on the online app. When I got the confirmation saying it was supposed to bedone. Went in and the drinks were not even made. I asked for my order and was told they didn't know about the order online.There was only one guy working the register and blending drinks. The other 2 workers were playing around talking story in theback. On break? who knows...While there was a long line for mobile app orders that they claimed they didn't know about. Took anextra 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes after making the order through the app. Altogether 35 minutes to get my order.Results? 2 of them were watery and my Apple green smoothie had ginger put in there. When there is not supposed to have anyginger in it in the first place. What if I had an allergy? Not sure if they got it mixed up with a different order. But I suredidn't ask for ginger. Felt bad for the guy having to work with such lazy okole people who can't get it together and do theirpart and help without being asked. Despite any grudges they may or may not carry. Talk about no class and a low standard of workethics.
I gave it 2 stars because out of 3 people working only the male was making drinks and doing the register during the 5:33 pm shift. The 2 ladies kept demaing that he does more task on top of the things he was already trying to accomplish. The ladyspraying the floor was rude and super loud on her degrading comments to the gentleman doing all the task. The lack of leadershipin this place is crazy and honestly the shop needs to be cleaned, I'm sure once everyone orders complete the 2 ladies will makethe guy do all the work. all I can say is treat people better and don't be a horrible leader.
If you want long waits and rude workers this is the Jamba they?ll have you waiting for up to 20 mins for one smoothie I feel like the workers there don?t care about customer service 1/10
Xmas shopping. We went for smoothies yesterday 2/09/20.. Terrible drink maker. Not a full cup. Even the 2 orders prior to ours. Drinks are normally full to the lid. 6/17/22 Slow service and not a full cup maybe 1 inch short of being full.
Waited 15mins for our 4 drinks. Got our drinks, 2 of them weren 't even close to what we ordered (We ordered Razzmatazz and Banana Berry. But received White Gummi and Apples n ' Greens???? I hadn 't touched it or removed it from the drink holder so Iasked the drink maker if she could correct it. The guy at the register who took our order immediately responded thats what youordered as he was taking another customers order. I 'm giving 3 stars because the drink maker responded with an apology andquickly began making our correct drinks. That wait was less than 5 minutes.
