Mcdonald's - Kaneohe

The service was fast and smooth, especially compared to some other McDonald's locations that still struggle to manage their systems effectively for order fulfillment.

One of the best McDonalds on the island! I am giving 4 stars due to its short-staff problem, but they really do make the food really good here!

It's McDonald's, so there isn't much to say about the food itself. However, I did notice that the drive-thru has two lanes, and it was still quite busy. I accidentally parked in the wrong spot for curbside pickup, and instead of trying to locate me, they left my order inside the restaurant. Additionally, the curbside parking spots were blocked by cars waiting in the long drive-thru line. This isn't the usual McDonald's I go to, and I was disappointed with the service this time.

Sat in the left hand drive through while the lady continued to take everyone in the right lanes order before finally taking ours. Literally sat for 10 minutes absolutely unacceptable. If she can't handle the window she shouldn't be on it.

This is regarding a mobile order we placed on the McDonald's app. It wouldn't have been that bad if it happened once but it happened twice. We ordered a bunch of things for my family. Since there is a bunch of us that wanted nuggets we ordered two of the 40 piece bundles. Yes two bundles. That's 80 pieces of chicken nuggets. But we only received 40 pieces. It says on the order (2) 40 piece Nuggets. The first time it happened I caught it before leaving the parking stall. This time my boyfriend didn't catch it and when he got home I noticed it and he had to drive back. The worker packaging and/or bringing it out should read and double check the order is correct before giving it to the customer.
