And that too after a 29 min wait. Not recommended at all, they don’t know how to take orders, let alone making them right.
Given them a few goes now as it's close to work, coffee has ended up in the bin each time. I don't know how it's possible to make a coffee so revolting. Hash Brown was nice. Staff are polite, I don't think they are the problem. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Absolutely terrible place. Had to wait over 20min for a DRINK. No food included. The drink itself was fine but also an iced chocolate isn’t rocket science. Watched people get incorrect dishes in front of me as well as the irritation by people who had obviously been waiting a significant amount of time for food (which mind you totalled to about 3 others) There was a manager and I can only assume the staff turnover as she was yelling at the younger staff members attempting to try and help. Staff don’t appear to have any idea what they are meant to be doing and obviously there needs to be significantly more training but my morale for work would be an all time low if that was how I was treated. KFC managed to get 5x complete meals done in less time than this. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else.

The owner of this location needs to pull his head in and hire more staff. They are constantly struggling any time I’m here. Pushed my drive back by an hour and had many customers waiting for ages after me who were getting increasingly more agitated. For your reputation and your employees safety and general well-being, sort yourself out and put more people on. ESPECIALLY on public holiday weekends. The level of incompetence/lack of responsibility shown by the owner is unacceptable, if people have called in sick, then you need to come in and fill the gaps.
