Dunkin' - Kankakee

Every time I visit this restaurant, I order the same thing: the bacon, egg, and cheese crescent. This is now my third visit, and they have burnt the crescent again while the bacon is still raw, not even cooked to medium. I had to peel back the edges and remove the top just to make the sandwich somewhat edible since I was already at my destination and couldn't return. I’m very disappointed and will have to look for another spot for early breakfast. The saying "third time's a charm" definitely doesn't apply here—I'm never coming back.

I bought coffee here and noticed that the price has doubled. If I wanted to pay $5 for a cup of coffee, I would just go to Starbucks. There hasn’t been any notification about this price increase in the three years I've been coming here. On top of that, the service is getting worse even as prices rise. Is this just how businesses operate these days?

I have visited this restaurant twice, and each time I encountered rude service. I recommend spending your money elsewhere, where you can expect better treatment.

UPDATED REVIEW: Im thankful that kankakee got new managers finally but the other day i went to order a coffee and the guy at the window handling all my stuff had a gross big bandage on his thumb. That is absolutely unsanitary. He should have worn gloves. Ithrew out my coffee because of that. OLD REVIEW: Im not someone to give reviews ever because I understand how working inretail and fast food is(rude customers) However this specific location on court Street is terrible. reason I say that isbecause they are an inconvenience. I wake up early just to look forward to breakfast and coffee. every single time I go there I try to order food. I have gotten so so many excuses on why they can't give me hot food. either they are always short staffed,machine is down, out of ALL bagels apparently or whatever other reason. THEN I proceed to order coffee expecting it to becorrect since they can't give me food. nope. every single time I order an iced latte or ask for espresso or certain flavors,they never ever get it right. it's always a basic iced coffee with either barely any flavor or too much ice. It's veryupsetting and because of that I have to drive an extra 15minutes all the way to bourbonnais because they are the only good placethat doesn't come up with excuses or gets orders wrong. save yourself the time going to the one on court Street. the only reasonI go there still is because I don't have much time to begin with sometimes.
