Domino's Pizza - Kannapolis

Ridiculously terrible service. I placed an online order at 9:11p. 9:20 it was in quality check…for almost an hour. 10:13p I call the store and am told the drive had another stop and would arrive in 15 mins. 10:35 the pizza check changes to driver on the way. Estimated delivery is 10:54p. Food arrived overcooked and cold. Went to make a complaint on the pizza insurance and it kicked me out.

Called order in to this location since I am now in their district. Pizza arrived in the 30 minutes as promised. So hot that I could not take a bite. Cooked to perfection and plenty of toppings. Better than the pizza from the cannon boulevard location.

Food was 2 hours and 15 minutes late… had to go to the store in courage delivery to be complete… also, roach was found in main dining area… overall would be a 0 star for me guys…

I use to order from Domino's REGULARLY, then they added this location and this suddenly became the location for my area. The delivery is unreliable, the food tends to be forgotten and shows up cold, getting into a delivery car 30 to 40 minutes after it has been checked. This location should not offer delivery if they do not have drivers to cover it. I hadn't ordered from here in months hoping it had gotten better, but my guests wanted pizza.... still waiting...

100% health score, Kayla has AMAZING customer service. She went above and beyond. Our food was hot, fresh, quick, delicious and served with a smile!!! Kayla deserves a raise! It is genuinely hard to find staff that do MORE for the company than the average staff member. Will be back!!!
