Andy's Frozen Custard - Kansas City

I use to go here all the time, recommended people to go here, and also brought several new customers as well. However, they began shortening the portions on my concretes along with and not filling them up completely. Additionally, they also forgot several toppings more than once even though I paid for them smh. Furthermore, my experience went from great to not so pleasant. This was once upon a time my favorite ice cream/custard place, but now I really don't even bother.

Had Andy's for the first time here, it was great! Walk up was fast and my concrete was good while my wife enjoyed her shake. Easy place to stop and easy to walk to from Waldo, once you cross 75th.

I'm thrilled to have this restaurant so close to our home. I was impressed by how quickly they handled the customers; we arrived just after 15 others, and they managed the line and orders much faster than I expected. The concrete was fantastic as well!

This is my favorite place to hang out with friends! The staff is friendly and very helpful too!

We visit this restaurant quite often because everything here is delicious!
