Applebee's Grill - Kansas City

A great choice for late-night dining! While other restaurants in the area close their kitchens early, the Bee continues to serve delicious food. A nice bonus is that the bartender is not only entertaining but also quite attractive. If you’re not in the mood for late-night bites or drinks, then you might want to consider another place.

This restaurant is always a fantastic option when you want a break from cooking. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks enhance the experience even more. It’s also not usually crowded, so you hardly ever have to wait for a table. The staff are friendly and make it a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was very attentive, and the food was served beautifully at the table. Overall, it had a lovely atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable.

The restaurant is severely understaffed. There were only seven tables occupied when we arrived, and by the time we left, there were three groups of people waiting for a table. We ordered two salads to start, but the lettuce was brown and appeared to be old. Our main courses took a long time to arrive—about 30 minutes. The food was decent but nothing exceptional. This lack of servers and the long wait times have happened to us twice now, so we will likely avoid dining here in the future. All of us hurried home afterward to use the bathroom!

I had an excellent experience with my waiter! He was polite and attentive without being intrusive. The food was made to order and incredibly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised, as I had expected a rating in the mid-3 star range. Overall, my experience was definitely better than average.
