This Arby's location was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My order was prepared promptly and exactly as I requested. The food was hot and absolutely delicious.

This is just an average Arby's. It's an Arby's, so there's not much more to say.

They took our orders but didn't seem fully prepared. My food was hot when it was served, which was good. However, when I asked for a refill on my lemonade, they told me they couldn't accommodate my request after I had already paid $5 for a large one. It felt like they were rushing, which was disappointing.
