Auntie Anne's - Kansas City

The pretzels here were larger and fresher than at other locations. In my opinion, this branch is the best in town.

This location is fantastic, especially since you can enjoy Cinnabon with your meal. However, I’m not a fan of the fact that the dipping sauces cost extra if you want cheese or icing for the pretzels.

You can always count on Auntie Anne's Cinnabon! I ordered the cinnamon pretzel nuggets, and once again, I was not let down. The staff was incredibly friendly and really helpful. There isn't any seating available, but that didn't matter since we were just looking for a snack while shopping. As soon as you enter, the delightful aromas greet you, along with warm smiles from the team. I highly recommend this spot!

Don 't bother. Apparently they only make 12 cinnamon rolls per hour with no exceptions, even during the holidays. We were a group of 11 and they only had 2 rolls. No apologies, the guy just said it 's our policy and we usually don 't run out. We were shopping so he could have offered to make more, but didn 't. Very poor service.

Wow! I cannot say good enough things about Erik and his team at Auntie Anne’s pretzels on the Country club Plaza. We hired them for a late night snack for our daughters wedding and he was so very friendly and delivered the pretzels, warm and on time! They were a huge hit. Five star service, and I would definitely recommend for any event!
