Big Burger - Kansas City

I really like this place! Unfortunately, the lobby is closed in this second. I walk into the owner so randomly, and he was so nice and so gracious and sincere as I could imagine. on the basis of this alone I would go back, but his eating was really good every time I go there! I would highly recommend this place!

I still don't know why this is closed!? it was the last time we stopped eating what was a few months ago! the DT line is always soou long! eating is so good, we decided to wait. 5 cars in front of us and we waited 35 minutes! it still had to sit flea windows to wait for the food. had to ask for our drinks! and asked for a honey scab and was. They said they had to recharge us! - 65! Couldn't we just throw a few sauces for the long wait!? probably not stop again!

Bad experience! Lady that took the order was obnoxious. Like in a very bad mood. Ordered 2 pork tenderloin combos. One with tater tots and the other onion rings with limedades for drinks. Everything was overcooked and hard. Onion rings breading burned, pork tenderloins were dark brown. Limeades didn't taste like limeades. Won't be going back. That's the 2nd and last time we will go there. I'll try zios pizza next door.

Terrible! Excessively long wait. Got home and all of our kids meals were just buns with cheese. Should have been cheeseburgers only ketchup. Called the store because we wanted it fixed and the manager was not only rude and hateful to me but she also hung up on my husband. Terrible customer service. We’re told no new food no refunds we were going to bring it back. Terrible business practice. I hope that someone over tonight’s manager sees this and how poorly of hands their business is in. Waste of money. Won’t do it again.

And asked for some honey mustard, and was.told they'd have to charge us .65 each!! Couldn't just throw is a couple sauces for the LONG WAIT!!!?? Probably wont stop again!
