Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kansas City

The service was quick, the line was short, and the food was delicious and served hot! As a bonus, we quickly found a table. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience!

The food is good, but sometimes they only give you a half spoon of an ingredient and can be a bit rude when you ask for more. I haven't been here in over a year.

The food is good, and the service is decent, but they need to improve the timing for online orders. The whole point of ordering online is to save time, yet my food was cold by the time I received it. This is quite inconvenient.

Very unprofessional, I had an online order and went to pick it up and they said our order was stolen that someone already picked it up. they continued to make our order again. as soon as I came home and checked it, it was completely wrong!!! we called there and the manager has a attitude and was completely unprofessional. we had to go all the way back there so that they could get back, but they told us we were coming in the back of the line and waiting. As soon as we came to the line, they began to be rude as if it was our fault that they have messed up the order. this place is on the hill.

First Chipotle to not fill a bowl and can actually see the bottom of it. My wife took hers back in as a child's meal would have been more food than her bowl. Once she went in the employees acted as if they were disgusted and annoyed that they had to remake a bowl. Not the best experience at this location.
