Farina - Kansas City

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Farina! The "You Apricota Be Kidding Me" cocktail and the Old Fashioned were both fantastic. We started with the seasonal asparagus salad, which had a delightful crunch thanks to the pistachios. Our favorite dish was the Zitrone Creste de Gallo, followed by the bucatini carbonara pasta. We finished off the meal with the layered cheesecake, which was incredible. Be sure to save room for dessert!

So a special evening. the cocktails were perfect and came from sf, hard to find fresh oysters. farina covered you. octopus was a tough, salty, but in vain. the olives with brot were marinated with curcuma, estragon, cumin and more. so good. the lobster Wednesday? perfection. the special ingredient to this perfect birthday meal was ali, our server that caught every detail, knew every dish and was really welcoming. will be back.

Farina was amazing! I have just celebrated my 21st birthday here (03/15/22) and the staff and server were patient, fast and very helpful! when they think of celebrating their birthday or a celebration. do it here! amweis, amazing, amazing! thank you farina! eating was very good.

I had an amazing date tonight! Everything, from the drinks to dessert, surpassed our expectations. We started with the gutballs, then shared the potato gnocchi with braised rabbit. My date enjoyed the stuffed calf's liver with prosciutto and crispy rings, while I had the Michael Smith pork with saffron risotto. I can't even put into words how delicious everything was! The service was fantastic, creating a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back! This is the best Italian restaurant in Kansas City!

Farina truly surpassed my expectations! The service was quick and friendly, and every dish we sampled from the menu was outstanding. The pastas we ordered challenged our usual preferences and introduced us to flavors we absolutely loved!
