Server was great. All the staff was very attentive and friendly.

The bone in rib eye was very good!! It was a nice quiet atmosphere and a good overall steak house.

This was valentine’s dinner and we have never had worse food at a restaurant. The menu was prix fixe which wasn’t a problem, but course after course was worse than the one before. The lobster was so overly cooked it was like cutting a rubber band with a steak knife. I finally gave up and took it home to my cat. The Creme brûlée had no crisp burned sugar top and was soggy and insipid. I can’t think of one redeeming quality about the food. However, our server was excellent.

Final Cut always has awesome food and our meal on Valentine 's Day was no exception. They would get 5 stars, but for the price gouging on cocktails. The last time we were there I ordered a Tanqueray Ten martini only to find out they charged me $25.00 for this one drink. This time, before going I checked the drink menu on line and saw the Final Cut Martini for $10.00. Therefore, my friend and I each ordered one. When the bill came the charge was $18 a piece or $36 for two drinks. When I complained, the server tried to say the price on line was not up to date. When I said the charge was ridiculous in any event, they finally cut it in half. Great food, great atmosphere and usually great service, but watch out for the bill!

I'm torn on this place. It could be high end. The prices are there, the food quality is there. But....i hate those digital menus. They seem cheap to me, not elegant. A beautifully printed menu would be so mjuch better. We got a window seat....with a view to an empty concrete patio, with metal partition gates all around. The restaurant is clean, somewhat quiet, pretty, but the little details were lacking. We both order filet. Both overdone. We didn't send it back, but in hindsight, we should have. This is the sec9nd time we have been here. First time was about 4 years ago and we really enjoyed it. It was summer, so we were able to see the racetrack as it was lighter later in the day. This time was just, meh.
