Firehouse Subs Ward Parkway Mall

The employees have very good customer service skills and the sandwiches are great. that said they are slow, in which about 20 minutes later.

My sandwich was excellent. the problem I have is how yall clean the tables. they wipe the table kool but with the same towel they wash the seats n then wipe the next table with the same towel they wipe the seat with. that's bad.

Got a few subs today for my wife and I. I was very impressed by the friendly staff and quick service. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Firehouse!

Very courteous and helpful in getting my takeout order ready to go. I like firehouse sandwiches.

I have always loved Firehouse Subs! I was extremely disappointed this time unfortunately. My husband and I each ordered a large corned beef sandwich. We could not eat most of our corned beef. It was not only tough, but had so much hard fat it was not edible. My husband is questioning if he will ever return to the business. Very sad!
