Fogo De Chao Kansas City

The service was poor; we had to wait an hour to be seated despite having a reservation.

Food was great, service was friendly but the only compounding I have is when they cut the claws the residue from being cut open with a saw is it leaves the saw dust inside and it was cooked into the food. Other than that, it was great!

We have waited 25 minutes after our reservation. I had to ask our waitress a few times for my soda and finally someone else asked me to refill. we celebrated the 18th birthday of our son. he always wanted to try this restaurant. we sat for 15-20 minutes at a time, without anyone getting around with meat. an hour and a half of the table and we had to track someone to try what he was most happy. I asked for dessert to go because we were ready to get from there, took another 30 minutes! I understand it is restaurant week and not an ideal time to try a new place, but outside of them make sure that dirty boards clear and keep the market table on camp, the service was not at all good. we really wanted to enjoy the experience, but 3 hours later and an ugly bill, we left very disappointed.

I made a reservation for 7 PM but wasn't seated until after 7:30. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. We had to ask for menus instead of having them brought to us. We also had to call the waitress to request dessert and water, as she seemed oblivious and didn't return to our table. For a total bill of $350, the service was disappointing.
