Hardee's - Kansas City

Unfortunately, the wait did not meet our expectations. While the food was hot, we didn't receive the burgers we ordered. The meat looked like it could have used a bit more cooking time, and the apple cake was still raw inside. The fries weren’t fresh or hot, either. On a positive note, we did eventually get our complete order. I remember loving Hardee's as a child, but this experience was disappointing, and I think I'll stick to my memories for now.

I've always enjoyed Hardee's breakfast; it's my favorite. However, my last visit was disappointing. The food quality seems to have declined. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to weigh half a pound, but it didn't meet expectations. Come on, Hardee's – you're one of the few locations left in the area. You can do better!

Many of our ordered dishes were missing, and the drinks we received were incorrect. The restaurant was quite smoky as well. To our surprise, the staff accused us of trying to steal the missing items, despite our evidence of being there. It was a very disrespectful experience.

The first thing I see is the cook that makes sandwichs with no gloves on! this is an infamous behavior with every single hardee’s! ? no! get it together kansas healrh department

The burger was good. However, they don't have as many value items as their Carl's Jr locations.
