My pancakes came out with no butter, and part of the bread on my ham/egg melt was hard like old bread. The pancakes were cold enough that the butter I put on them did not melt. The worse part was sitting in filth with dirt in a pile on the floor next us where we had to step over it to get to the bathroom. I will say the only positive was our waitress who was nice, accommodating, and helpful.
On Saturday at 17 o'clock. they would think they were busy. but unfortunately we waited about 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. 4 people ordered and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. the manager just sat in the office while it seemed as if the rest of the staff in the weeds (even if there were only 4 tabs at the whole place. if they have a choice, they will find somewhere else to go!
Came here with my little brother after a night shift. server was friendly, eating came within a reasonable time for it 430 clock. eating was as usual for ihop!
It is an ihop so that they do not go with the highest expectations, they come for the clips and the good prices. it is a good location though and located in the legendary, so it is always busy. I've never had a problem with the staff, but they were always friendly and prompt. my son loves to come here for the cupcake pancake pancake so they could ask more than a happy, happy child.
I will start out by saying your brand is your source of income. You make a statement with your actions, your commitment and your name. When you wear a nametag, that is in a business you might as well pull the bricks around with you because you make or break the company reputation. Poor service and lack of caring ruined this visit for me and I LOVED IHOP! The waitress was named Merissa and she was Merisable. Slow. Phony smile. Sleepy maybe, I don 't know but nothing she said or did made me give a damn. First my order Chicken and Pancakes was specified with an addition of bananas in the pancakes and I asked her how much extra for the addition. She made a guess. But instead of confirming it for me before she added it, she just let her uneducated guess stand and never came back to tell me the correct charge but still charged me three times that amount. Ok. I ate that one. Secondly, she served the food and CLEARLY I know her eyes are younger than mine so it was obvious to me that the food was burned. Chicken fingers. I told her after a five minute hunting her down that they were overcooked and dry. She goes into the kitchen and yells loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear to the cook, YOU BURNED THIS . (if she could see they were burned, why did she serve them? So now she goes back, still haven 't asked me what sauce i want, but whatever. The second time the chicken was cooked perfect but my pancakes and addition were just thrown together like a kid dragging their pajamas around school because they woke up late. Meanwhile the table directly in front of me and to my right had food and dirty dishes that sat there the entire time. The entire time. No other customers but me and two other tables, one of which was Merissas. The busboy finally comes out and is holding a dish tub that has been cut in half across the top so the handles are gone. He is whistling to himself and just carrying the tub from table to table but not picking up any dishes, naturally because the tub was just a ruse to get out of the dish washing area. After the meal was presented an almost correct second time, that was the last time I saw Merissa until the check came. She didn 't check on me to see if the food was better than the first time. She didn 't see if I needed water, or if I needed any additional syrup because my dispenser was nearly empty and the lid was loose so the syrup spilled onto the bottle as it poured and that made it sticky and it wasn 't even cleaned from the guest who sat there before me. The fact that I saw the charge for the addition and reminded her what she told me the charge was and her response was, Yeah, I didn 't know made me completely remove myself from that visit before my feet hit the parking lot because it was obvious Merissa was the pajamas IHOP dragged around school that day . Yes the dishes sat on both of the other tables until well after I had left and the whistling busboy is probably still whistling looking for a hack sawed pair of handles to complete his song and dance. #CAPICHE
