Panera Bread - Kansas City

They completely left out 8 muffins and refused to refund us because one of their workers claimed they substituted them. After a lot of dispute and annoyance, we eventually got them to agree to refund but they only refunded 5 of the 8

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was clean and comfortable. The food was mostly enjoyable but the portions seemed a bit small for the price.

My favorite stop after a visit to KU. Friendly staff. Quick service. Easily accessible location. Love the new Sips club

I wanted the bread soup bowl and they were out. I ordered regular soup but they were out of bread.

That's the worst panera I was also, especially because of the service I ordered. this woman, clara after my acknowledgement, but idk, if that is correct, was rude, impatient and dismissed. no one waited behind me so there was no excuse for how she was. Food: 3/5
