Panera Bread - Kansas City

The whole restaurant was dirty, including my flatware. When I asked for clean flatware, the person behind the counter tried to convince me that she did not stick to food. but eating was okay.

Excellent cinnamon roll, and the blueberry muffin was moist and fresh, so tasty!

That must be the worst panera in the city part kansas. the last couple of times we stopped for dinner, they're from all broth and broth bowls. I'd expect that if we stopped closing, but it? 4:30 in the afternoon.

I would give no stars if I could. The phrase you talk we listen is a bunch of bull. They sent me a a free sip for a month and I would get charged next month. Well I was charged for the first month. When I called customer service and talk to Matt he said it was only for new people and apologized that I got it but said he couldn't refund me. So in my eyes you stoled my money because I didn't authorize it until 10/28 to be taken out. And when I asked to talk to somebody else Matt would not transfer me. The customer service is fake. It's okay I will find a way to send a email to Niren Chaudhary.
