Papa Johns Pizza - Kansas City

I was given a large pizza because they left me on hold for 30 minutes. It was delicious! I will be back!

They helped me with an error from an on line order took the pizza's back for a later delivery.. Appreciated their understanding and helping me with a large order for a meal for our team.. They have always given us great customer service.

First time actually using papa johns. We are normally a Pizza Hut family. But I am super happy with the food we ordered and received! Garlic knots seem a bit burnt but still really good. So no real complaints I have, the delivery drive was sweet and smiled and seemed to have a great personality it’s great to see that with this company cause normally the drivers are not so happy.

Papa John’s is really reliable no matter if it’s getting a People easy and quick or if it’s getting garlic knots with the extra battery falls on the bottom Papa johns is really always come through compared to the other restaurants especially when I’m in my college dorms or just need a quick pizza to go and can’t pick it up so they deliver it also with extra toppings or anything I’ve always received it without having issues

Well it was number one a online order, which you can opt to pay for anyway even cash at the restaurant. What I think is pretty neat is you can watch the progress of your pizza being made online. This was the first time I had their pizza and for the most part it was really good. I just loved the crust the cheese was good also, for me the sauce was a little too thin. The topping I think were to little too. The staff all of them are very nice and polite. The only problem I had was my pizza was not cut the way I had asked for, and I had to cut it the rest of the way, because it was not cut though all the way. Other than that, I will be giving it another go.
