Contribuisci feedbackI have visited this restaurant many times, but this was the first occasion when I encountered an unfriendly employee. When I requested to cancel my membership, the employee informed me that I needed to do it online or over the phone. They seemed unhappy when I asked for the contact number. As a result, I still have my membership, which I had already paid for, but I hesitated to ask for the number to receive the member discount.
The staff here were quite rude and disorganized. When I attempted to place my order, I overheard another employee speaking disrespectfully about other customers, which added to the chaotic atmosphere. When I inquired about the status of my order, I received a dismissive "I don't know" along with an eye roll. Pizza Hut definitely needs to consider hiring new employees.
Always a great experience! Every employee I've encountered is super friendly and helpful.
The food was good. I ordered it online and did not arrange for any contact delivery. Only the site does not presume that they do not deliver. had to find out after I had waited and no delivery. At the point where they say no they did the delivery there, as they have a drive thru window. Well, they always had a drive-dru window they never used. Just think they should update the website.
The alfredo bowl was delicious but the pizza I ordered was not cooked all the way through
