Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I absolutely love Red Robin! I make it a point to dine there at least twice a month. The burgers are always my favorite. I usually sit at the bar, and the waitstaff is consistently friendly. Although there were some issues with the staff later on, I didn't blame it on them.

Shannon was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was quick and friendly, making sure we never felt ignored, even with other tables around us. She anticipated our needs, refilling our drinks and bringing us fresh ketchup before we even had to ask. It’s not often that I leave a restaurant with more to say about the service than just, "it was good," but Shannon truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She made our dining experience enjoyable by allowing us to focus solely on how great our meal was. She deserves a raise—servers like her are hard to find! Thank you, Shannon!

We had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our lovely waitress, Brie! She was dealing with some issues at a table behind us, which made it clear that she was a bit stressed. Despite that, she managed our beverage and food orders perfectly, always refilling our water before it even got half empty. She made sure our meals were served hot and correct, all while handling the bustle of about seven tables around us. She did an excellent job! Our food was delicious, and we can't wait to return!

In any case will never go back! service was terrible, want groundless pommes? no, that doesn't happen! do you want a waitress with a personality that actually uses words and not headnotes? to the luck my wife got the bill while I smoked, otherwise the tip would have been smaller! a lot of luck! drive the extra 15 minutes to liberty mo, where everything is great! save yourself time!

Food wasn’t as amazing as I remember, and they were very short staffed. But stillLove this chain and I’m sure it’ll be just fine next. They were exceptionally busy for 9PM on a Saturday.
