So I decided to venture off and try it with my partner . Nice setting it'd be nice if what they had on the menu was actually there. But that's understandable. The part I couldn't wrap my head around was why the chickend thigh appetizer was served raw. I was so befuddled that I actually Googled it to make sure I wasn't missing a culture practice. Even though the gm was nice in his email. Something like this should never happen especially in the price range .
The food was absolutely incredible, drinks were to write home about, and the service from our waiter Jake was fabulous! Thanks Republica! Keep up the good work!
Great sangria! Try all the tapas. My favorite is the Serrano and Manchego Croquettes. For dinner have the grilled Wagyu Strip.
First experience here around first part of December was great! Service was great, food presentation was great, management came around and visited with folks and helping clean tables. Last night was my 2nd visit, and not so good. Supposedly the bar was 'booked ' so we could not enjoy Happy Hour there, but were allowed Happy Hour wine in the restaurant part. (the bar area was never full . The waiter was in a hurry and somewhat frustrated that some at our table did not like the Happy Hour wine. One person ordered an Amerato Sour and had to send it back as it was made incorrect. The food presentation was 'bare ' and maybe skimpy compared to my first visit. One asked for some additional bread (and was charged $3.00 for it! . Wait staff did not come back to ask if we wanted another drink prior to Happy Hour ending. He came 10 min after and told us we were too late; and we had to remind him that he never came back. He did allow a glass of wine at Happy Hour price. Just not that good feeling I had the first time, my friends were not impressed at all.
