Contribuisci feedbackThe lady who took my order was so rude! I asked if I could replace an ingredient and she didn’t even see me until I was like “if it’s not good, I’ll get it regularly”. She has "I mean we can"... I get my ice cream and it was fucking close to melting. I love Sheridans.
The Custard was good, but the cashier with the face mask was rude, unprofessional and angry simple because I didn't understand the menu terminology. I was with my wife and 2x children. My daughter first ordered a cone with a blow. I ordered for my 4 years old. He just wanted chocolate ice cream in a regular size cup. The cup was marked with regular concrete. So I asked a chocolate concrete without a blow. She repeated. Okay, three cups of chocolate. I was confused and worried that this was somehow added to my daughters who had just been ordered. So I made it clear that this is the second point we order that is not added to the cone. At this point, she soured and snapped back, yes, I know, obviously annoyed that I had the nerve to question her. So concerned, because I don't know how much 3 pots I've clarified, I want the regular concrete that marks on the cup regular concrete, but with only chocolate. Then she accused me not trying to hide her trouble: It is not concrete if there is no blow! I answered: Okay, I don't know the Custard terminology, and it really doesn't matter. I just want the normal cup filled with chocolate ice cream. You can ring it, but you have to. So do we have the second article? Then she grabs the screen, turns it around and angry says, "Do you want to see it?" Look after yourself in an angry tone of voice. I answered, I'm sorry you hate your job, but I'm just trying to order ice cream for my family. She took her back madly: I love my JOB! Yeah, obviously I thought. Then I asked myself: Can we go on? I have to order two more articles. She turns back the screen, lets her hands fall on her side and then stands still as if she's holding me down. I'll ask again, can we go on? At this point, some other people gather behind the counter around them, which seem to come to their defense, although it was during the experience of the aggressor. So I'm asking for a third time, can we go on? but still no answer, hands on her side, just staring at me furiously. So I'm asking for the third article. I don't get an answer. I'm starting to repeat it, and she cuts me off and says loud: I got it, but still don't lift her hands to enter it. And then I order the 4th article. At this point she enters the last 2 articles. I give her my credit card that she sleeps out of my hand, rings me up, and that's the end. If the management reads this, your employee clearly has trouble and does not understand the basic customer service. She shouldn't just fly off the handle because I don't understand the terminology. While the Custard is good, there are many wonderful places to eat at the Crown Center and so I will probably avoid this place for a while.
So sad that this place has workers lying around their hours to close early. On Friday night they should be closed at 10:00. So we came up at 9:35 and refused to serve us and claimed to be closed. I said I thought they were open until 10:00 and they said they closed at 9:30. The woman was very rude and curly about it, and made me feel sick in my stomach with her terrible attitude. Not the middle-western hospitality at all. Your website, google and Yelp all list them as open until 10:00. So someone's wrong here. Update your hours online or rent workers who actually remain open required hours. Instead of Andys. Really regrettable that Sheridan’s will go out of business because of this kind of staff.

Location has gone down hill. And workers close this location 1-2 hours earlier then posted signs.
