The Reserve Event Space - Kansas City

Overall we had a great wedding at this venue. We were the first wedding to be had on the second level of this event space, most people book the third. Because of this we had to work with the venue coordinator, Abi, on some of the logistics. We were able to do a room flip in about 45 minutes while guests mingled in the bar area. I did have to email Abi twice after not receiving a response for two weeks. Other than those occasions she was always on time, reachable, and very quick two respond.

We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. The space was absolutely stunning for our small, intimate gathering. Working with Stephanie was a dream; she was incredibly accommodating and offered numerous fantastic ideas and suggestions for our event. Her touch truly added a sense of magic to everything. The outcome was simply beautiful. As for the service, the event staff on the day were exceptional. They consistently checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. When I was feeling nervous before walking down the aisle, they even took the time to remind me to take a deep breath and assured me that everything would be perfect. I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day or for a more wonderful group of people to work with. They made our day unforgettable.

I attempted to get in touch with this venue for about three weeks to schedule a tour, but my emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, I found their standard appointment request form and filled it out, but it required me to select a date even though we don’t have a date confirmed for the wedding. A few days later, I received an automated response stating that my event request was denied, with no explanation provided. The venue itself looks beautiful and the prices appear to be reasonable, but I am extremely disappointed by how difficult it was to speak with someone or even arrange a tour.
