Wendy's - Kansas City

To eat on a day. I couldn't feed in a few days later. but still showed that you could when we looked at it. I need to find some more wendys. we wanted the strawberry salad.

I found the staff at this restaurant to be very unprofessional. The first person who took my card was silent and yanked it from my hand, while the second person who handed me my food seemed so miserable that I honestly thought she might lose her cool. It was quite an uncomfortable experience.

They allow you to order within their app but won 't let you to in to pick up or do curbside due to staffing issues . No one told us after waiting over 20 minutes in the curbside pickup for our food. When we called, a very rude manager told us that we 'd either have to pickup via drive-thru which now had 8 cars waiting, or cancel the order. When we wanted to cancel, she then said that since we paid in the app we 'd have to cancel it there but they put that we already picked the order up (we hadn 't) we ended up having to wait until the following Monday to call customer service to finally get a refund started. For fast food. What a joke.

A negative service just for the customer (lack of) service. They don't want to be there. I didn't know if I was done paying or not because I was just handed my card back with no word, and no receipt, the guy didn't even acknowledge me in any way. When I pulled up to the second window, it took several minutes (which is fine), but then I was handed my food without any word, eye contact, gesture or anything. It's always the weirdest experience.

Open the dining room. enough is enough. if they can open the drive thru, they can also have in the dining room. it's a shame we have to eat ours. it would be really nice to eat hot wendys. you have to do it better!
