Wendy's - Kansas City

It gets a 4 start just because it is in a Ruff area, otherwise they were fast, eating was great! the best spicy huh I had from a wendy’s in years! the personal was courteous, professional, but friendly. I'm going to whondy from now on.

The workers there are always smiling and helpful, and their chickening hits are fire! I tried them for the first time tonight and wow....delicious and juicy! everything we have was hot and fresh! I love these wendy’s from a background! because of the good settings and fresh food! nice job? the manager there are also very nice and also have good settings!?

Visited these wendys, why was motor training in the cummins engine facility in kansas city missouri. service was incompatible when they are during the afternoon service is good evenings that do not tend to care for their work. eating was ok, typical wendy's fair art was thrown together. it seems as if a lot of chaos in the evening lobby was closed and I had gone from the hotel to the restaurant. had to g through the drive-thru the commentary to g they are not a car in the drive-thru. I didn't expect her lobby to be closed. afternoon staff pretty good evening staff okay, but moderate. after reading the sign a hired person who worked there smoking a zigarette that told me the lobby is closed sir . was to wendys almost food restaurants in pennsylvania ohio and in kansas and this was by far the one that I did not have a five-star rating, it was not bad, but it was not great. a district manager of wendy has to look into the evening layer.

Each and every time visiting this place they always mess up the order. Each and every time. Ask for no sauce on one item? Nope all your other items have nothing on them. Or you randomly get something you did not order. Don't go here if you want what you order.

Go thru the drive thru, and the kid talks to me like we 're in his house, complete order, I say thank you, I get back yea ....Same thing with the little girl at the window, can 't no one be polite, but let me do the same and I 'm the worse human on this rock. Learn some respect and politeness upon being in a professional atmosphere where your dealing with customers...By the way... please take the new strawberry frosty off the menu, it 's not even good and I love strawberries..
