Wendy's - Kansas City

Just left this place and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a Wendy's anywhere in the USA! All the way around the service was bad and the workers could care less about customer service. The wait through the drive thru was over 20 minutes. Ordered two burgars and 3 chilli's. When we got home the chilli smelled as though they had dipped it out of a cess pool! No way in hell would I even think of tasting it much less eating it! I don't know how long it has been sitting in those containers to be served to customers, but it was rotted and someone needs to investigate this location immediately! The burgars looked old as well. Needless to say everything went in the trash, afraid to eat it! I am going to report this to whom ever monitors food places in this state before someone is either poisoned or killed by eating this food! The manager of this location should be fired! Will never eat at this location ever again, believe me!

I would give them zero stars if I could. my job was completely wrong. ordered 2 large pommes and got breakfast kartoffeln. ordered a hamburger child meal with a chocolate-frost and ended with a bowl salat with a very old and cold piece meat together with salad, tomato swash and pickles if it should have been only ketchup. the frost was strawberry instead of chocolate. oh and the big coke zero was just a water. I wouldn't do that for the first time. I always give them the advantage of doubt, but no more. if it's a corporate seat, someone should say something. the management must be fired together with the entire crew. clean this place from top to bottom and start it fresh!

Mostly, the majority of the employees is nice, but every time I get into the one there is a coworker so mean and has zero customer service skills only rude for everyone. her name is kierra and she is so hating, not sure why she works with customers.

I went like 830pm and I was in the drive thru for an hour. Not really sure if they were under staffed or not but they definitely did not care about their drive thru times. The lady was nice tho dispite the rush. They were just ridiculously slow
