Wendy's - Kansas City

That doesn't deserve an evaluation. a friend and I obviously went among the party. everyone ran from us, someone came in the back and took our orders. I only have a drink that tasted like fat. the tabletops were dirty and crushed, nothing was on camp. my friend couldn't stop her eating because it was so disgusting. here they will get covid or worse!

Bad service overall. very slow, even if there are no cars in the line. he let me wait 15 minutes on the loudspeaker without saying anything so that I can tell them about my pickup order.

I get the wrong order and when they call the phone back, ring and ring. last week I ordered a big chili and there was so much liquid at the top it was incredible. I mentioned it to the bank and she said it was done. it was terrible.

This place is disgusting unless you want to order food from places that have müll all over the property. something cool about this almost food restaurant is when they move into the window and pay, after ordering, they are treated with terrible settings and claim. 3 of the 4 times that I have been there, I have to move into a parking space as in demand, beside other vehicles that were asked to do the same. after they all eat at the same time, they like to play a game they have called them the. last night was the absolute best and last stroh. I ordered two baconators without buns (because carbs) and a southwest avocado salad. the screen reflected that. She told me $31. for two sandwiches (sans bread) and a salad! I pay for what I command, but that doesn't mean I get what I paid for. I went away and had to work again. I'm working in the opposite and that's why I gave it another chance. what I found in the bag was what seemed to be two baconators (not order double,) with rolls and minus the cheese. any other wendy 's I have been the bun-less concoction in small containers (to be fair, they had in pastness) and give them plastic ware. I had no time to discuss it. I was just with my $31 almost food, consisting of 4 dry ass burger couples and a few strips speck and an salate. How hard is it to get an order right when they literally read what to do?

Very unprofessional. Come here often and everytime ask for fresh food the managers never seems to care give the same food back asked for a refund and refused to give a full refund. Really the worst Wendy's in Kansas DO NOT RECOMMEND !
