Ordered an ice cream cake from here for a celebration. When we returned home, we found a large bug (dead) inside the ice cream cake box and a long brown hair on top of the cake. We were very disappointed and very grossed out. We have avoided ordering from here ever since

Extremely disappointing that they’re scanner is never working when T-mobile is running a promotion. Call the another baskin location and we’re told their scanner was not working either, seems way to convenient to me. Went to Culver’s instead, Will not be giving a dishonest place business.

I am very disappointed in Baskin Robbins. T-Mobile Tuesdays has given away a free giftcard on 2 separate occasions the first time (about 6 months ago) they said the scanner wasn't working so they couldn't scan the app, now this time they said the gift card machine wasn't working (which doesn't make sense) and I tried other locations they were saying the same thing… If they don't want you to use a gift card than I guess I won't give them any business until they fix this “problem”
