Central Station Grill - Kansas

Had a burger. Was solid. Tried to eat there the night before but they shut the kitchen down early. I'm sure it's just an off season thing..

Had a Ceasars salad with salmon. DELISH!!! Definitely would go back when in Dodge City.:

Great place to have a steak and the beer was very cold!!

We had a dinner party here a few days ago. One of the tbones came out and you could smell that it wasn't good. Took a bite just to make sure and the meat was rancid. They did replace it with another steak but even the ribeyes had little flavor.

It has been years since I ate at a place with this extensive of a menu. They have everything. Our party all got something different and all of it was great. I can't wait to be back in town to try something else. Great atmosphere with lots of train memorabilia.
