The Carolina Pork sandwich with coleslaw on top is wonderful!
Can't believe they don't offer ham as an option. Weirdest potato skins ever. They're just chunks of fried potatoes with some shredded cheese, (not melted) bacon...

It was really good! First time going there and went on hotel recommendation. Will have to also get a to go order next time in Lawrence Kansas.
Ordered an Open Face brisket sandwich and Mac Cheese. Restaurant us clean and servers where friendly! Mac is mid and open face was delicious!
