Ihop - Kansas

Frequently a wait for a table so need to find a better time to go, or expect a wait. Good food.

Horrible place, I would not come here, we were told that it was a 20 minute wait so the waitress could go and do something else while my kids and wife had to wait. There is plenty of open tables and the people who walked in behind us got seated right away. Customer service is horrible stay away from here this is the worst IHOP

I miss the variety of the food when the menu was 4 pages long. They're pancake variety has really dwindled down. No more different crepes, different types of French toasts:(none of this is the fault of employees the service is fantastic. It's just I don't have the craving for ihop as often as before.

Forget to seat you. Can't get the order right. Nobody comes to check on you, so you can't even get your order fixed unless you go track someone down.

Food is always good. The decade coffee is the best in town! Friendly staff. Always a little wait, but worth it. We go often! Needs to be bigger to avoid the wait and as all businesses are experiencing, they need more staff!
