Moose's Bbq Catering - Kansas

Usually if I see a mobile bbq unit and huge smoker in a parking lot, I get excited. These are the people that are dedicated to the craft of creating delicious food. Mooses was all that come to expect from such a place. The burnt ends and brisket were recommended from Moose himself. Tender, juicy and the most perfect smoke ring I've seen in a long time. Made with love and care. I will park my big rig in front every time I pass through town.

Bill came to $18.60 i gave $1.40 tip bank receipt says i spent $22.82. do the math not going again. This was the 2nd time the first time i let it go. These were the only two times i used my card cuz i always pay with cash. To be fair though after i called complained the next day it was fixed. I feel if i didn't say anything this time i wud have been overcharged again.

Burnt ends were great. Ribs were tasty. BBQ baked beans were not very good.

Pulled pork was way oversmoked and was consistency of canned beef jerky I ate as a kid.

I've had Joe's, Jack Stack, Q39, Johnnies, and We-B. But this place stands out and holds its own. Definitely get out there and support this guy. It's some of the better that I've had.
