Pizza Hut Delivery - Kapellen

This is unacceptable. The kitchen is extremely slow, and the service is also incorrect. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

Every Tuesday at this restaurant is a disaster when it comes to the pizza. This time I tried the Alsace pizza (with onions, mushrooms, and bacon) and was sorely disappointed. The pizza was drenched in tomato sauce, with barely any toppings to be found. The taste was overwhelmingly tomatoey, with no sign of the advertised mushrooms or bacon. This seems to be a recurring issue on Tuesdays, with inconsistent pizza quality ranging from too much sauce to not enough, or even burnt. It seems like they can't handle the demand on busy nights.

Bad service... for online order... if you ordered at 9:15 and 9:20 notice that you're ordered and paid... and at 9:50, they're calling that there's nothing going on... so no food and 50euro are hoping to get out of here, but I'm sorry if I'm going to get the 10th birthdays...

This restaurant is the top spot for pizza, with a welcoming staff and excellent service.

Super good service and fast! Apparently, new explorers. We ate our piza at the scene, too.
