Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Kapolei

I will be surprised if this place is still open in a month. They’ve completely ruined the frozen yogurt experience here. They are still playing Covid-19 protocols, like not offering samples and having a limited selection of flavors. Instead of a toppings bar, you have to pay $1 for each topping in a pre-packaged cup. I just want a sprinkle of sprinkles, not to pay a dollar for them. Do yourself a favor and just go to Tutti Frutti in Pearl Ridge instead.

We can first taste the flavors, and secondly, the price per ounce has skyrocketed to a level that is still completely affordable. It's so disappointing. I’m going to miss Menchies when they go out of business.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday after seeing its positive reviews, but it turned out to be a poor choice. They only offered four flavors, and the only option suitable for my daughter was the no-sugar strawberry, which we ended up having to throw away because it tasted excessively sweet, almost like it was loaded with sugar. I have no idea what the employee was doing; she disappeared into the back for quite some time. I wouldn't recommend this place. The toppings were served in individual packets and there were no fruits available! We expected a variety of options, especially fruit, but it was such a letdown!

These guys are crazy in 2020 and still outdated COVID protocols. Good yogurt, clear guidelines.

Had a choice of 3 flavors. Everything else was out. $5.00 for a 1/4cup of one flavor and one topping! ??? Don?t waste your money.
