Wendy's - Kapolei

I placed a mobile order, expecting my food to be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. While I tried to be patient, the fries were cold by the time I left, and I noticed that half of my order was incorrect.

Literally the best Wendy?s location I have ever been to. I never ever write reviews but this place deserves the hype. They are so friendly and fast and they make the food amazingly. The gals even give me a piece of bacon for my puppy from time to time! The best fast food spot ever the customer service really is what makes it great.

For some reason I typically come here when I am in this area and craving a decent burger. Got the Dave's Double large combo meal. My order came out quickly, I wasn't even done filling up my drink from their fountain machine when they called my order. My burger was fresh and tasty! The fries never disappoint...so far my orders have always come with fries freshly made.

I was disappointed to find the indoor dining area locked during business hours. I could see people inside through the glass, but no one came to the door. The drive-thru line was also congested. It's frustrating, especially since this is a new Wendy's in our area. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

The burger I received was undercooked and cold. I'm feeling unwell and do not recommend this location.
