Pizza Hut Kapuskasing

I filed a complaint about a delivery driver's inappropriate behavior, but no action was taken. Surprisingly, I was then banned from making future deliveries. It doesn't make sense. I handled the situation professionally, not resorting to rudeness or disrespect. I simply wanted to prevent the same thing from happening to someone else. Despite my efforts to escalate the issue, Pizza Hut seemed to brush it off. It has been months and I still haven't heard back from them.

This restaurant is excellent with its welcoming staff, delicious pizza, and quick service.

I had a great time at this restaurant, especially after I took out my bagpipes and started playing for them in the parking lot! #ScotlandTheBrave Parking: 8 spots.
