The Grill House, Pakistan - Karachi

They serve amazing steaks but I dont know why they are not interested in improving their service.The staff is so rude and they are not very keen on keeping the customers .They are very offhanded ,very slow.Most of the time the place is closed I have no clue why.It is a good eatery if managed properly and they need to hire diligent people who are interested in running the place.

They are adding service charges to the bill manually. Very disappointing.

Extremely slow serving and they don’t know that all the food serve at one. Extremely disappointed in food. Not recommend to visit

We waited for a long time to be served with no response from the management. Even after waiting for several minutes, the only response we received was to wait longer. Despite the fact that the restaurant was empty with only one other family there, we will not be returning.

This was the worst dining experience of my life... Do not ever go there.
