Claus Eismanufaktur Deli Karlsruhe

For a long time, I don't have as hard to decide for a order as today. on the menu of the claus deli, a dish sounds more attractive than the other and I could only decide for the mango yoghurt dish after countless browsing through the menu. that turned out to be a perfect choice for me, and the bowl was a pleasure from beginning to end. Moreover, I got a matcha platter that tasted very intense and made the perfect contrast to the rather sweet dish. the service was just as very accommodating and informed me enough about possible allergens. I only regret it unbelievable that the okonomiyaki is not vegan, but only vegetarian.

It is an ok location, friendly service and good location. vegan eating is good and healthy, but the ice is not really a hit.

Great restaurant with modern eating like avocado stubble and bowls. the freshly squeezed juices are also very delicious.

So much vegan choice and everything is just so delicious. the rainbow bowl is my absolute favorite, so I almost always take. so much different sweet with it, as well as tofu, red rice and a vegan mayo dressing.
