Formerly known as Harold's (the name is still visible on one side of the truck), they offer two or three meal options priced at 700 yen each. The dishes are quite similar, varying mainly in the sauces served with them. Each meal includes Japanese brown rice (genmai, which seems to be unpopular among many Japanese diners for some reason) and a side salad. The vegetable taco rice and mushroom risotto are served with a chili sauce and a rich coconut milk sauce, respectively, both of which are delicious. The third option may vary and may not always be available. I recall seeing a spicy stew with chickpeas and tomatoes one week, but it was no longer on the menu the following week. It appears that a small amount of melted cheese has been added to the mushroom risotto recently, which was not present before. I only noticed this while eating, so if you are vegan, make sure to inquire about the cheese and request for it to be omitted. I recommend skipping the plastic bag and cutlery provided by the food truck and enjoying your meal inside the cafeteria.

They should check with customers for any dietary restrictions, such as being vegan, before adding the cheese. Similar to other food trucks, they do not provide plastic bags or cutlery and encourage customers to eat in the cafeteria.
