The restaurant is extremely comfortable, delicious, and affordable. The owner is very friendly. The dal bhat dish (190 riel) must be ordered at least one hour in advance, but everything else is readily available and even less expensive. They also offer a Western-style breakfast with options like toast, honey, cornflakes, and muesli, but the local cuisine is superior and less costly. The milk masala tea is a must-try and absolutely delicious.

There is a good variety of quick meal options available at this restaurant. It's affordable and has a cozy atmosphere, although finding a table during busy times can be a bit challenging. I recommend going early to secure a spot and enjoying the delicious food.

This is an 8-seat vegetarian restaurant in thamel right next to the divine guest house. easy to find. Go back in the door. a beautiful couple has the place and they cook everything from ground to order in their small kitchen. they serve dishes such as fried rice, chow my, momos, thupka, omelettes, chapati and samosas. all vegetarians. they also have a good drink choice that includes beer, tee, soda, coffee, leti and water. the prices are incredibly favorable for thamel and for the quality and fresh of eating. eating is just phenomenal. if they want dal bhat they must order before the time as a day or so before. they don't make it every day because it can be a waste and it wouldn't be fresh.

The cafe is small but homely. The owner makes his own momos and are priced very well. He's very so kind and spent the whole day preparing dal baht for me and a friend for dinner (as he cooks to order). Prices are some of the lowest I've seen in thamel area. Definitely worth a visit
