I found this place in the first night when I arrived in Kathmandu and since then was regular, during all three weeks here. It can be easy to miss when you go through Thamel, but a visit here is definitely worth your time. I mean the cold chicken, Tandoori chicken and Chow, and all three dishes were incredible! I wanted to try more of the menu, but the chicken Chow mine was so good that I got it almost every time I came! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is fantastic, and the prices cannot be beaten. Even though I tried a variety of different foods in the city, from streetcars to steak houses, Shree Lumbinin Tandoori Naan House has ended my go-to place for most dinners. And don't forget to grab some of the garlic naan! Your naan is, without exaggeration, some of the best I've ever had. Do not miss this delicious and affordable place when you are in Kathmandu, you will not regret it!

Pls dun let the dodgy outlook of this restaurant fool you. They serve one of the best food in Kathmandu. Not to miss are the garlic naan, the paneer/chicken butter masala, tandoori and aloo jeera (potatoes) and masala chai (tea). Yet to try other stuffs but I believe is equally outstanding as well. Nice place to sit and have food or coffee, its green place with many plants. the staff also friendly. Food prices average but expensive than other local restaurants in Kathmandu.

Very recommended! The food was absolutely delicious. Really! We came back day by day and would come back if we stayed longer. The staff was also very friendly.
