Contribuisci feedbackWe had to wait for more than 30 minutes before being seated, and there was no one to welcome us or explain the reason for the long wait. The customer service was below standard.
The waiter take to long too help us with our drinks and food.The food was very good that we received.
The service was excellent despite the lack of electricity.
Different town... same Spur issuesOur waitress Unah was very sweet and so friendly. No problems with our food or the service from the waitress.Our problems started when we needed to pay our bill.She mistakenly rang our order up incorrectly.When we explained how we wanted it to be rang she went to the manager and he (Siya) told her that it was impossible to cancel the order, and it was not his mistake in the first place, so we must just accept the order as is.I called for him to the table and told him that its impossible in this day and age that a order cannot be rectified, he then took the slips and left, only to bring us the bill had we requested in the first place.Firstly he was flipping arrogant and secondly why stall on something that you knew was possible...Service is the 1 differentiating factor and the service received was pathetic!!!!Definitely glad this is not my permanent Spur of choice. Would rather travel back to Cape Town to enjoy proper service.
We sat at a table where we could smell the drain, asked more than once to close the door. service good, friendly waiters, eat great!
