Novo - Katowice

Rotating menu of options that makes Novo an excellent choice full of surprises. Novo is one of my regular visits for a meal when I am in Katowice. The beverage selection changes often and the beer choices are always good. The food menu changes throughout the year and I seem to always fine something new to try and enjoy. The challenge for me is always “not” ordering what I had last time because it was so good. The service has always been wonderful no matter whom if calling on my table.

Very friendly service. Salted caramel pudding was great but a bit too salty.

Expensive place. Pasta was not al dente it was hard and wasn 't hot. The desert was good.

Novo is simply the best. Amazing choice of interesting dishes and wide variety of drinks complementing the food builds this place, alongside the great, professional staff. I was visiting this place around Christmas time and the occasional menu they offered was just perfect vibrant mixture of innovation and classic tradition. I'm really looking forward to come back there!

Lovely place to have a dinner with friend. Great Italian cuisine and a fine selection of Italian wines. The chef graduated the Topchef program! Keep up the great work!
