Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Katrineholm

So we’re locals and this isn’t the first time here. That said this place has gone down in service quality over the years! Today the employees were rude, had attitudes, and for sure gave off “This is a job I don’t want to be doing and I’m only going to give 10%!” I ordered an 8 piece family meal and she says “it will be 15mins!” Then turned around and counted the chicken and said no we’re good. First off know your food count, secondly no customer should have to wait 15mins for a product you should always have on hand! My buddy ordered the same thing and was told the 15min thing and then he ordered something different because we couldn’t wait 15mins! So we noticed that not one person was back there cooking chicken, we didn’t hear sizzling of chicken frying or anything. Really? And to top it off the one girl at the register seemed o have a I don’t give a F attitude towards the service she was providing. It seems this company or owner doesn’t care about service and more about making money! Bottom line we won’t be going here again…. Guess BoJangles or KFC will be our chicken places from now on!UPDATE: My buddies chicken sandwich was 1/3rd chicken and 2/3rds breading and he said it had a nasty old grease taste and left a grease film in his mouth, he couldn’t even finish it!

Took over an hour to get my food. I placed my order online. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes for someone to even address me. 1 person coming. 3 standing around and 1 outside smoking. Then after I was finally addressed I was told my order would be another 20 minutes. No one has even looked at the orders. Off she would have addressed me and others in line you wouldn’t have to keep dropping chicken every few minutes. Awful

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. It seemed that several of the staff didn't want to be there. It did, like many others have commented, take a very long time to fill the orders most definitely weren't filling them on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Staff even blatantly ignored my husband when something was left out of our order he went to the counter to request it. Then, it was given with much attitude. They definitely need better training.

If you have somewhere else to go, go there.. You'll be waiting a hour regularly here while the employees run around outside and smoke, just to be given the wrong food.?I eat here often because it's next door, so this is a review that includes alot of visits. You will leave pissed off some how some way.
